Advisory Boards

A key and unique element in our model is establishing an Advisory Board for larger projects, early in the process, from pre-development through construction. This Advisory Board is made up primarily of local landowners and community members.

The goal of this group is two-fold:

1. To ensure the local issues and concerns are considered throughout the development and operations of the project.
2. To act as a liaison on behalf of the project landowners and the broader community, which may include recommendations as to how the project can support the local community through financial or educational means.

This simple but deliberate component to our Community Model has given us an edge on ensuring landowner and community relations remain strong, helps us identify major issues earlier and allows us to solve problems more quickly – or put differently, it just makes for a better project.
